Ready for off-road work and light-duty dumping – This 2025 Daihatsu Hijet LD Dump pairs a 4×4 drivetrain with a rear locking differential, giving you dependable traction whether you’re crawling over mud or climbing inclines out in the fields. With delivery mileage only, this is a clean unused mini truck direct from the factory and ready to start working for you. Standard AC and heat mean you’ll be comfortable in every season.
Light-duty dump bed with 3-way access – The LD Dump uses a 3-way opening steel dump box that folds down at the tailgate or either side, whichever suits the job best. At 6 ft 8 in long, it’s the longest dump bed you’ll find on a mini truck, and it can tip loads of up to 1,000 lbs. That’s ideal for dumping lighter materials like brush or feed. The electro-hydraulic lift system works with the push of a button, raising the bed smoothly to a steep angle of 50 degrees so the load clears out fully. It’s perfect for things like property maintenance, where the lighter duty box won’t be given too much of a work out. If you’re going to be doing regular, heavy-load dumping, then this isn’t the model for you. Check out the HD Dump models instead in that case.
Durable and practical cab layout – Inside, this LD keeps things straightforward and work-ready. The cab is a fully enclosed steel shell, protecting you from the weather while making sure you stay warm or cool inside. Wind-up windows are simple and durable, while door mirrors and headlights give you great visibility. There’s an AM/FM radio to keep you company while working, plus practical storage including a glove box, cup holders, and sun visors to take the edge off when the sun is low on the horizon. With a 12V/120W outlet built into the cab, you can also keep devices charged while you work.
Power and efficiency under the hood – All Hijet LD Dumps are powered by the proven 660cc KF-series engine, delivering peak torque at 4,000 RPM and with excellent Toyota-Group reliability. It runs smooth and quiet which stops it getting on your nerves as you work, but also keeps it from spooking livestock. Incredibly it also returns 35+ MPG, far better than the 20 MPG that’s typical of a work UTV.
